The following information is designed to help you understand our company policies. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time by posting such changes to this page. Such changes will be effective upon posting.

Returns/Exchanges:

We want you and your pup to be 100% satisfied with your purchases at The Pawlished Pup! If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or receive a merchandise credit good for one year. We have found that most returns can be avoided by proper measurement.

If you receive your order and are dissatisfied, please email us within 3 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit. Your email should include the invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return. Also, note if you wish to exchange for another item or if you would like a merchandise credit.

Upon receipt of your email, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. The returned item must be postmarked within 15 days of issuing the RA number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your packing slip with the RA number written on it.

Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition. It must have tags attached and must contain all original documents, boxes, etc. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, boxes, etc.

We will provide you with the address to our receiving department and ask that you ship it via UPS or Fed Ex so we will have tracking information. You will be responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to re-ship your replacement item).

If you receive an item that is defective/damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please email us within 48 hours. Include the order number, date purchased and a description of the merchandise. In these circumstances, The Pawlished Pup will pay the shipping costs for the replacement item. Please be advised that until we have received the returned merchandise, it is your property. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost or damaged in shipping. An email will be sent to you upon our receipt, for your records.

Please allow additional time for exchanges. Some items are shipped from the designer or special ordered at the time of purchase.

We will accept a return or exchange once per item. If you need to return an item more than once, a $10.00 fee will apply.

Please note: All purchases of sale, discontinued or seasonal items are FINAL.

***Due to standard health regulations, we cannot accept returns on beds, carriers, or blankets. Therefore, when placing your order, please note details, sizes, weight restrictions, etc. for each item before making your final decision.

**Do not ship collars back to us buckled up -- this stretches out the holes and the collar will be considered used and non-returnable.**

If your item was shipped directly from the designer, please contact us and we will arrange for the item to be returned or exchanged. We cannot ensure proper credit if an item is returned to the designer without our notification.

Payment Methods:

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may also use PayPal as your method of payment. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, you will find that it is very ease to use. If you choose this method when you check out you will be directed to the PayPal site, which offers you a secure connection as well. There is no need to have an existing account with PayPal and there are no extra fees involved in its use.

Online Security:

Our site is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology to protect your sensitive information. When you provide any confidential information, like your credit card, we use SSL (secure server) technology to encrypt the information for your protection and security. You will see the gold lock on the lower right corner of your screen when you are in a secure area of our site.

Taxes:

Texas residents will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%. Any item shipped within Texas will be taxed accordingly.

Order Status:

To check the status of your order, email us at thepawlishedpup@msn.com. Please include your name and order number. We will happily respond within 24 hours.

Privacy:

We value your privacy at The Pawlished Pup and want you to know that we will never sell or distribute any information we collect from you to third parties. That's a promise! We may from time to time send you email notices of our specials or sales that we feel may be of interest to you, but you will have the option to opt out of such emails at any time.
